Integrity plus plumbing matt tuttle5/3/2023 There needs to be more quality in the service than quantity of squeezing in as many customers in such a small window in a day. I have been paying a monthly fee for 2 visits a year and then told I owe money for something that was not fixed put my decision to highly considerer canceling my service with Gordons and finding another Lennox dealer to service my system. Also understanding the cold caused our scheduled maintenance visit to be canceled the day of, understandable due to weather and others took priority over mine, however when I was put on the list for my issue I was never informed of any charges until after the technician was done. The technician was nice, nothing towards him, I just need someone with that time to investigate further into the smell and noise from the unit. I still have an issue that needs to be further investigated by someone that has the time and does not have to be rushed to get to the next appointment. I understand that there were other visits that needed to be completed that day, but when you explain the issue and have proof of the issue and keep being told everything is working fine, its somewhat insulting. I know when there is a issue and to not have it addressed further is extremely frustrating. "I do not feel my visit was given the full attention to the issue at hand. Nicole told me that she would submit my request to the billing department so I am awaiting further contact in the hopes that I will be refunded for this inferior service." ![]() 10/10 would not recommend this company.Ĭalled today, 1/6, to request that my $99.00 service charge be refunded since the diagnosis that I received was not only incorrect, but negligent as the entire area of concern was not inspected. Then I was able to contact a different plumbing company who has taken care of the problem by properly diagnosing it after examining the entire area. I asked her to book the next available slot. Spoke to Nicole who informed me that no ticket had been created. I waited three hours without receiving an update so I called the main office. He informed me that he would contact dispatch to get someone to my house. Once I noticed additional symptoms I called the "Expert" to address my concerns. ![]() He simply diagnosed the condensation in my utility closet as a product of lack of ventilation for the water heater. ""Expert" did not enter crawl space or attic to determine that there was a leak.
